**About Our Client**:
The client are a large producer of specialist parts in their industry and have been going through a period of renewed growth in the past 18 months. There is parking on site and you will join a stable, growing and supportive business as they move onto the next phase in their development.
- Daily sales invoicing & check profitability report with sales department
- Sales invoicing queries
- Set up new customers & perform credit checks
- Arrange credit insurance limits for new customers and amend existing as required
- Assist monthly credit insurance reporting
- Record & post customer collections on Netsuite
- Process payments taken over the phone on online platform
- Chase debts in line with payment terms and escalate when necessary, by sending CPA letters/legal process
- Issue monthly customer statements
- Send out copy invoices, credit notes, statements, proof of delivery (POD's)
- Assist with the annual audit
- Ad hoc duties & reports
