Factory Staff

Job Description
V3 are looking for manufacturing staff to work in a plastic moulding company based in Portsmouth.
The role is a mixture of Machine Operating and Assembly Operating.
Must be Quality Driven individual with a keen eye for detail.

**Responsibilities**:
1Carrying out set production tasks according to instructions given
2Confirmation of product quality according to quality sample provided
3Notification of quality concerns to Supervisor
4Packaging products in accordance with instructions
5Recording production data as required
6To work efficiently according to standard cycle times
7To use Mattec to log on and off of production jobs to enable the company to monitor the mouldshop utilisation
8To ensure full handover to the next shift, especially relating to known issues and any deviations from the standards
9Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
10Work safely in accordance with health & safety rules
11Immediate notification to Supervisor of any actual or potential safety incident or concern
Authorities
1To stop any machine in the event of a health & safety issue
Hours of work - double days 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm Rotating £9.50 per hour
Night shift 10pm-6am Monday to Friday £10.30 per hour
