**Technical Administrator**
**Location**:Burghead, Moray
**Length**:11 months
**Rate**: £20.61 - £24.46 p/h **(inside IR35 via an umbrella company)**
**Hours**: 9am - 6pm
**Purpose of the role**
? Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the main purpose of the role is to carry out SAP updates and additions/deletions.
? Carry out management of contractor reports including raising SAP work orders based on findings and recommendations.
? The above will include communication with site, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure accurate SAP record keeping.

**Essential**
? Excellent analytical skills with ability to drive improvements
? Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to all levels across the plant
? Ability to organise a variety of tasks and prioritise self and others accordingly
? Able to work as individual but also part of team. Have meticulous attention to detail
**Desirable**
? Experience in use of SAP-PM
? Hands-on maintenance / Engineering experience
? Knowledge of Distilling & Malting processes
? Good presenting skills
**Key Accountabilities**
? Provide SAP updates based on contractor reports and surveys.
? Provides feedback on improvements relating to the CMMS
? Provides detailed reporting for maintenance.
? Attend routine maintenance review meetings. Provide maintenance SAP reports to allow work to be analysed and prioritised as necessary
**Excellence in Supply Chain**
? Understands and uses CMMS principles, tools and techniques
**Experience**
? SAP knowledge preferred, excellent I.T skills essential.
? Excellent communication skills, good attitude and professional conduct are vital.
