Banksman/slinger

Duties
- Directing and guiding vehicles and machinery on construction sites or in industrial settings.
- Ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and machinery by using hand signals, radios, or other communication devices.
- Inspecting vehicles and equipment for any damages or defects before use.
- Reporting any safety hazards or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Following all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Forklift operating

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Banksman or similar role in a construction or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of hand signals and communication devices used for directing vehicles and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively relay instructions to drivers and operators.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and withstand outdoor weather conditions.
- Valid Forklift License is required.

This position is initially for Wednesday 7th, Thursday 8th and Friday 9th.

**Salary**: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
