**Care Manager. Up to £35k per annum**

We have a great opportunity for a **Care Manager** looking for their next challenge to work closely with the team at our **Winifred Dell Care Home in Brentwood, Essex. Winifred Dell Care home has 76 bedrooms and provides exceptional residential, residential dementia and end of life care.**

Excelcare is a family-owned care home group established for over 32 years. We provide support to older people with a range of needs including dementia, physical disabilities and mental health issues. Winifred Dell Care Home is 1 of 11 homes within our Essexportfolio, and by joining us you will become one of the ‘family’ and in return for your dedication and hard work you can expect:

- Up to £35k per annum
- 45 hours a week. 8am - 5pm, Monday - Sunday

**About You**:

- Level 3 Diploma/NVQ in Health and Social care or equivalent
- Experience within a nursing/care home setting for older people.
- In depth knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent organisations and planning skills.

**The role**:
As a **Care Manager**, you will provide leadership to ensure that high standards of care are delivered to meet the support needs of each of our residents every day. You will be responsible for coordinating and coaching care and ancillary teamsto ensure that quality standards are continually improved, and outcomes are recorded and measured effectively.

As a **Care Manager**, you will ensure that your team is well supported to perform their roles safely, as this will assist them to provide the best care for our residents. It goes without saying that you will need to be passionate about providinghigh quality care, ensuring the lives of residents are continually enriched.
