HRLife are working exclusively with one of our great HRBP's to find them a talented HR Administrator initially for a 12 month period to cover a period of maternity leave, but very strong likelihood to go permanent after that as the business grows and develops.

You will be joining a small and friendly HR team and working together to provide efficient and effective administration support across all areas of HR to employees and managers.

Key responsibilities will include;
- Assisting HR with the recruitment process, including writing and posting jobs adverts on various recruitment sites, managing responses and sending interview details
- Create and manage employees in the HRIS (Mitre Finch), making sure the information and organisational structure are accurate at all times and a seamless onboarding process
- Provide and update HR reports and analysis, using the HRIS (Mitre Finch), Excel, Share Point and PowerPoint
- Update and maintain company policies in line with current legislation
- Maintain company compliance with the right to work in the UK and support 1st day induction process
- Provide accurate information to the Payroll team regarding new starters, leavers, salary and benefits etc.
- Produce and update employment contracts and variation letters
- Prepare / produce pay increase letters
- Answering any queries and correspondence from employees on managers
- Record and monitor all absence, supporting with exit interviews, return to work meetings etc.

Parking onsite. 9-5pm or 8-4pm. Ideally office based 4 or 5 days a week with 1 day at home.
