**You will be a Self Employed Mortgage Advisor joining us on a profit share position -You take 40% of all banked income you generate**

You will be fully supported by our in house admin processing team to package all your cases

**Dont worry about finding business.... you will be provided with high quality, pre booked enquiries each day**

As a RFB Mortgage Advisor you will be speaking with clients when having a booked appointment which would be where you give impartial and appropriate financial advice. Doing the research, and being involved in the case by chasing and utilising the admin team which will be helping you with each case.

To ensure the case is always fully compliant and meet the regulations and rules we have set. With this, you will not only provide mortgage advice, but will also ensure each client is given Building, Life, Critical Illness insurance as well as assisting the customer with any solicitor sourcing requirements.

You will be reviewed on a quarterly basis with an expectation that will rise as you improve and make progress quarter to quarter. This also involves, regular training, team building activities, and possible bonuses.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities are**:

- Providing guidance and updates to clients and professional parties
- Building and strengthening relationships with existing clients
- Liaising with clients in order to obtain basic fact finding information
- Submission of Mortgage and Life cases to the providers
- Liaising with clients to ensure all documentation is requested correctly first time, managing expectations and submitting said documents to the lender
- Reviewing documents received and checking they are compliant
- Organisation skills to ensure that a number of cases are managed with the upmost of accuracy
- Support the organisation in implementing our core values
- Ensure that all mortgage cases are dealt with in accordance with lenders policy
- Flexible and adaptable to ensure deadlines are met and happy with working using your own initiative and unsupervised
- Ability to prioritise workload in order of importance
- Compliance understanding in order to ensure mortgages are logged compliantly and suitability letters created

**Requirements and prospects**
- You’ll be CeMAP qualified with CAS status.
- Have 1+ years’ experience as a mortgage adviser
- Excellent communication abilities
- Be a self-starter and highly motivated to rapidly grow your income
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships across internal team members
- Highly organised with exceptional time management skills - we move at speed and need you to keep up
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment embracing continuous improvement
- Experience with complex mortgages cases and specialist lenders is an advantage but not required

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £60,000.00-£200,000.00 per year
