**The role**

The purpose of this role is to provide IT infrastructure and operational support as required. You will work in a supported learning environment to develop the skills and knowledge required for an infrastructure and operations apprentice. We will assist you to complete a relevant qualification to facilitate progression in your future career.

The purpose of the role is to learn and use a range of skills and developed experience to deliver, support and maintain IT infrastructure and operational software and services that support Selwood’s corporate goals and day to day operational requirements.

**What we need**

For this role you’ll need to have the following skills and experience;
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy (minimum of grade C or above in English and Maths) or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Computer literate in Microsoft packages
- Adaptability and flexibility - Apprentices work in fluid, fast-paced & exciting environments. These skills are vital to responding to situations in the workplace.
- Use initiative and work under mínimal supervision
- Good Communication Skills - Building good relationships is fundamental to the delivery of services.
- Organizational Skills - The ability to manage your own workload and to work to team and project deadlines.
