**Hours**:37.5 hours/week

**About the Role**

They will provide exciting learning experiences which focus on the key elements of employability skills, including: vocational training, functional skills and personal & social development.

**Duties**
- Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:_
- Assist in the development and delivery of high quality, exciting, fun and innovative training programmes
- Work cooperatively with partners and delivery staff to develop the education and training programmes
- Deliver qualifications to participants and manage the associated portfolios, paperwork and assessment materials
- Create lesson plans and develop resources to provide a varied and differentiated programme of delivery that leads to positive outcomes
- Hold a Teaching Qualification or equivalent (e.g. CTLLS, PTLLS)
- Experience of NEET programme delivery and developing NEET resources
- Experience in delivering training programmes for the unemployed
- ICT literate to intermediate level and confident in using the Office 365 suite, including: Access, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Fluent in the English language
- Proven track record of meeting challenging contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
- Possess high level communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the local labour market, sector skills gaps, local employment & skills provision, specialist support networks, and education & training providers
- Previous experience of delivering engaging and meaningful learning activities and training workshops within an employment and skills sector
- Possess excellent organisational and time management skills
