Cold Roll Machine Setter

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and set up cold roll machines for production runs, including material loading and machine setting adjustments.
- Operate cold roll machines to create high-precision parts, ensuring quality and efficiency by monitoring the process.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to maintain smooth operation.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making necessary adjustments.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Record production data and maintain machine operation logs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Cold Roll Machine Setter/Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical/engineering aptitude and the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of cold rolling processes and machinery.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Safety-conscious with a strong understanding of workplace safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good communication skills.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
