Due to the winning of a new contract, we are looking for a Mechanic / Vehicle Technician to join a mechanical department based at BCA Corby (Baird Road site).

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Carry out general servicing of vehicles and repairs
- Complete work on our hybrid / electric vehicles (you can complete Level 2 Hybrid Vehicles course with us)
- Complete air conditioning services as and when required
- Undertake road and ramp testing
- Carry out all repairs in line with approved methods to restore vehicles to its original condition
- Deal with warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Ensure all the relevant documentation is accurately completed and all company procedures are followed

To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:

- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Mechanical Inspector
- **Qualified to IMI, City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 (required)**:

- Full valid UK driving licence is essential, held for a minimum of 2 years
- You must own your own tools / basic kit
