We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about Client Services and enjoys meeting and speaking to people to join us as a Receptionist/Telephonist. This role will be based in our head office in Maidstone, Kent and will report into the Building Services Lead.

**Hours of work**:Flexibility required between core hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday dependent on business demand (35-hour week), on a rota basis.

**The Role**:Reception and Telephonists are the first person our clients, prospective clients and visitors speak to and they must be welcoming and have the ability to communicate information effectively about our business. There is a need to lead by example as our brand ambassadors for the firm ensuring the highest standard of care and service to all clients, visitors, callers and stakeholders.

**The role involves**:

- Providing excellent customer service to clients, guests, callers, walk-ins etc.
- Connecting and understanding clients, guests, callers needs to enable them to be referred to appropriate person/team
- Crafting the client experience either face to face or over the telephone: welcome them, listen to what they need, reassure and connect them to the appropriate person/team
- Provide housekeeping duties to ensure that the internal and external client areas are kept safe, tidy and clean at all times
- Enforcing basic security procedures by monitoring log book, assisting in emergency evacuation situations and ensuring client parking spaces are available.
- Scheduling the booking of meeting rooms
- Providing refreshments for meetings
- General administration and reception duties
- Vigilance for security and safety of main entrance and exit to building, promptly raising any issues to the building services lead.
- Other reasonable duties to support the needs of the teaM/Firm
