**Project Administrator**

Applus+ is a leading global energy service provider looking to recruit a Project Administrator to join the team at our new Willenhall base.

**Key Responsibilities of the Project Administrator include but are not limited to**:

- Invoicing using the SAP system
- Raising PO’s through SAP Ariba
- Organise, prepare and issue information for transmittal to the client.
- Archiving of documentation
- Perform all filing, both electronic and hard copy.
- Managing telephones.

**What we would like from the Project Administrator**:

- Administrative experience in a busy office using a range of office systems
- Fluent in Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients and be a strong team player
- Positive attitude and outlook towards all aspects of the Project Site Administrator role
- Methodical, well organised and able to prioritise and manage own workload
- Strong attention to detail

**Desirable skills, knowledge and experience of the Rope Access Technician**:

- Experience using SAP and Ariba systems would be advantageous, however full training will be provided.
