**Are you seeking a rewarding role being a role model to young people?**
We are working with a School in Lambeth to find someone to be a Behaviour Mentor for young people, build bonds, and guide young people as a positive influence in their lives. In this role, you will be a role model and positive force for students as you help them to remain focused and undistracted within the school, de-escalating any challenging behaviour with various strategies.
The applicant must be fine with challenging behaviour and seek to de-escalate any situations which may happen. Someone robust would be ideal, with a passion for any hobbies being seen as a good way of connecting with some students, especially with interests in things such as sports. The school has been known to realise these passions and ambitions of their staff and have been seen to utilise their skills within lessons and extracurricular activities.
