Working as part of multi -disciplinary team, the Shift Manager role will provide c linical l ead ership, clinical input and day to day operational support to the Crisis resolution home treatment team.

The post holder will be responsible for triangulating the q uality of the service standards, patient experience and compassionate care, patient safety, risk and reporting quality assuranc e.

The Forward Thinking Birmingham partnership multi - disciplinary Service is offered across Birmingham. The age range is 0-25 years for individuals referred to the service with emotional, behavioural and mental health problems.

The post holder will be a member of the Multi-disciplinary Team and will work alongside colleagues in handling, triaging and accepting referrals from a wide range of professionals and agencies. They will support in helping to manage crisis calls and supporting young people when they are in an acute crisis. Where appropriate, they will be required to liaise with the Psychiatric Liaison Team, Criminal Justice Recovery Service and other specialist services across a range of providers.
