**About the role**

This role is technical administration support for the Compliance function, with an additional focus on supporting the people team. The duties will be made up of tasks that support the department leads in their day-to-day roles as well ad hoc duties.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and escalating any incomplete or outstanding actions. From a compliance and people perspective, this will include insisting in the management of:

- Health and Safety Risk Assessments
- Compliance Monitoring Programme - recording your findings and following up with management to ensure issues are rectified
- Policies roll out and monitoring
- Management of e-learning platform
- Data Protection related projects - performing admin tasks such as file creation and maintenance
- Recording your findings properly
- Ensure line managers are following the the probation review and monthly check ins process, escalate to the People Manager where necessary
- Update the HR system with change information to ensure we maintain accurate data
- Coordinate laptops for new starters and leavers
- Support the People Manager, in coordinating training and inductions for all new starters
- Support the People Manager with the roll out of benefits
- General office administration
- In addition to more routine responsibilities, this role will also have ad hoc responsibilities based on current business prioritise.

Full training and support on compliance monitoring, data protection principles and auditing will be provided.

**Who you are**
We are looking for someone with Administration experience who is keen to progress. You will need to have good attention to detail, and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information quickly. We also require someone with good verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of Compliance and/or People would be good, but is not essential, as full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain knowledge and progress their role in either of these 2 areas.

**What you are good at**

You will have high standards of discretion and integrity as you will be working within the compliance and people team. You will enjoy working with systems and have a strong understanding on the standard Microsoft packages, it would be advantageous if you were also experienced in: Jira, SharePoint, Purview and Slack.
