**Larwood** is a registered care home providing 24 hour care for people with learning and physical disabilities aged between 18 and 65.**

**As a **Driver / Activity Worker, **you will** **provide high-quality community and project-based activities to meet the needs of adults with a wide variety of learning disabilities. You will actively support individuals in their chosen activities that could be in the base or community.**

**Service users are at the centre of everything that we do at **Vibrance** and part of your role will be to support individuals to build and promote positive relationships, support individuals to access and participate in their local community and social events and to promote life skills. We are committed to delivering individualised outcome-focused support around health, education, social programmes and promoting independence.**

**Skills and experience of our ideal Driver / Activity Worker**:

- **Basic understanding of IT skills**:

- **Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing**:

- **Understand what it takes to support someone with a disability**:

- **Ability to work imaginatively and flexibly with Users**:

- **Good organisational and planning skills**:

- **An understanding of the discrimination likely to be faced by people with learning and physical difficulties**:

- **Must be able to drive and hold a clean driving licence**:
