**About The Role**:
**Aftercare and Quality Technical Co-**Ordinator**

**Glasgow - Building Division**

As the GRAHAM business continues to grow and develop, we are looking for an enthusiastic Aftercare and Quality Technical Co-Ordinator to assist Aftercare and Quality departments.

The role of the Co-Ordinator is to provide support to Aftercare and Quality managers in their activities and provide reports to Head of Quality and Compliance.

The Aftercare and Quality Technical Co-Ordinator will work closely with each department manager(s) to provide assistance and support with:
AFTERCARE
- tracking incoming mail, update trackers and file within the SharePoint
- internal communications
- communication between the clients, subcontractors, and supply chain.
- collection and review of the technical documents (drawing, specifications, technical datasheets)
- providing plans / programs for upcoming works.
- providing progress reports relating to ongoing works

QUALITY
- file and updating relevant documents on SharePoint.
- Compile weekly updates / reports reflecting outcome from site visits/ audits.
- Complete monthly quality reports
- Lilies with external companies and arrange quality / product training.
- Monitor quality platform, provide updates or reports as required.

Technical Competencies

Essential
- Experience in a construction related environment or genuine interest in this market
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Power point
- Full driving license required
- Methodical with a keen eye for detail
- Able to build and maintain credible relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Willing to make decisions and take responsibility
