**Role: Finance Administrator**
**Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum**
**Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Full time office based (9am -5pm)**
**Contract: Permanent**
**Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire**
**Main Duties for the Finance Administrator**:
- **Generate weekly and monthly billing run reports for clients using various billing platforms.**:
- **Ensure accurate and documented updates of customer users/licenses in the billing system, maintaining a comprehensive audit trail.**:
- **Establish new agreements within the billing platforms.**:
- **Conduct monthly variance analysis to identify discrepancies between supplier invoices and customer recharges.**:
- **Keep detailed records in the system, documenting all communications with customers to provide an accurate invoice status.**:
- **Generate statements of accounts for review.**:
- **Address and resolve inquiries from both internal and external sources related to outstanding invoices.**
**Experience requirement for the Finance Administrator**:
- **Previous experience using Xero**:
- **AAT qualified (or working towards)**:
- **Excellent data entry**:
- **Outstanding attention to detail and precision.**:
- **Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.**:
- **A composed and confident telephone demeanor.**:
- **Capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.**:
- **Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.**
