**About you**

You will be supporting the Lead EIA Manager on managing the delivery of offshore wind consents projects, acting as a focal point for stakeholders and clients. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders (internal and external) attending meetings and working closely with technical specialists across client development, engineering, and legal teams to manage workflows and ensure the efficient delivery of consent related material. Working with experienced Lead EIA Managers will enable you to develop financial and program management skills, preparing you to lead future large consents projects.

**You will have**:

- BSc or MSc in a Marine/Environmental discipline
- A minimum of 2 years relevant practical experience with marine ecology
- A track record of supporting or delivering on EIA and/or HRA for offshore infrastructure development projects in the UK (in offshore renewables or other marine development sector).
- Experience of working within the planning process, ideally in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and/or the Republic of Ireland.
- A passion for the world around us with an open mind to learning new skills such as project management.
