Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Sales Administrator to join our team. The role will provide administrative support to identify and process customer orders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interrogate customer portal for new requests and Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update customer database with order details
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries
- Answer phone enquiries and updating customers as required
- Provide general administrative support to the sales department

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)+ Proficiency in Clarity software would be an advantage
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong computer literacy with experience in using software for data entry and analysis
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to address customer queries effectively
- Administrative experience in a sales or office environment is preferred

Pay: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
