We are currently looking for passionate and enthusiastic team members to join our wonderful team at Picnic Park Deli over our magical festive season as part of **CHRISTMAS TREE WONDERLAND**.

We are interested in hard working people, who can work flexibly as part of our team. You will be required to work weekends with a variety of shifts available for our pop-up in Bournemouth Gardens running for 8 weeks (mid November - January 2024) and **over the Christmas period.**

**The Venue**:

- **Picnic On The Piste**_ is a pop up ski themed café-bar as part of _Christmas Tree Wonderland _in the Lower Gardens. The magical set up will featured heated tents, snow-covered trees, hot chocolate and cocktail bar, live music and more. _Open daily from 10am-10pm._

**Job Roles**:

- **The roles involve all aspects of customer service, daily food & beverage operations**:_
- Providing a fast, friendly and magical customer service at all times._
- Welcoming customers and advising and inspiring our customers with their choice of products_
- Espresso & coffee drinks making_
- Bar service & cocktail making_
- Food preparation from a simple menu_
- Carrying out cleaning duties and monitoring compliance with health and safety,_
- Setting up and creating a relaxed, fun atmosphere_
- Delivering the ‘Picnic Park Deli’ customer experience at all times_
- Assisting in the events side of our operation_
- Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol (Challenge 25)._
- Naturally welcoming and have a charming personality_
- Exude energy & Christmas cheer_
- _**Reliable**_, confident and hard working_
- Strong social skills and a passion for excellent customer service._
- Coffee making skills (preferable but not mandatory)_
- Bar skills (preferable but not mandatory)_
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment_
- Fluent in English_
- Be flexible with your working hours_
- Please note that working weekends is a must. Successful applicants will be available to work on _**Christmas Eve and Boxing Day if required. There will be no requirement to work on Christmas Day.**_
