We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our Logistics, Transport and Planning Team text. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.

**What is the overall purpose of the Mobile Planner role?**

To be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and scheduling support for all mobile and static operations across the group, to ensure continuity of service. You will work as part of a team to supply an efficient and essential service across the UK.

**What will your other key responsibilities be?**
- To ensure mobile units are scheduled efficiently in line with business requirements
- Answer any telephone calls from our clinical or operational staff and promptly deal with escalating to further levels when required
- Provide essential reports from the breakdown log when required, and provide swift solutions when necessary
- Prepare the database for daily communication to all mobile units
- Conduct daily ring-rounds identifying any problems/issues and check against scheduler tool
- Complete all attendance records and ensure they are accurate at all times
- Support the clinical rotas for our mobile teams and ensure changes are conducted efficiently
- Provide essential information regarding changes to clinical days ensuring all possibilities are covered
**What skills and experience will you need to apply?**
- Previous experience working in an office based customer service or administrative role, ideally within scheduling
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, including a clear and confident telephone manner
- Excellent organisation, planning and strategy skills
- The ability to work across multiple databases and pick up new IT systems quickly
- The ability to work as part of team and individually
- Flexibility to adjust working hours at short notice to fulfil any unexpected operational requirements
