**OVERVIEW**

Atkins Search are currently recruiting for an Associate Director Quantity Surveying to join a highly reputable, award-winning Construction Consultancy based in Nottingham.

**CLIENT**

My client are a multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy in Nottingham consisting of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers who provide a variety of Cost Management and Quantity Surveying services across a variety of property sectors including both built environment and infrastructure across the East Midlands. With this type of portfolio, they can offer an Associate Director a diversity in workload and a chance to truly shine as you become integral to the ongoing growth of the business.

 

A region leading Construction Consultancy, born out of a desire to provide a high level of customer service to their clients and work in a collaborative culture, they have found themselves in the enviable position where the majority of their work comes through repeat business.

Client recommendations have been instrumental in the ongoing growth and the development of this Nottingham-based Construction Consultancy, which for any aspiring or experienced Associate Director will demonstrate the quality and depth of the business you will be joining.

**ROLE**

As Associate Director Quantity Surveying, your responsibilities will be wide and varied, to include the day to day operational and project tasks with strategic input as required.
- Managing projects from inception to completion in a lead capacity
- Providing leadership and mentoring members of staff including juniors and apprentices
- Client facing to develop new business and maintain existing relationships
- Providing services such as cost estimates, cost planning, tendering, bills of quantities, final accounts, post contract duties, value engineering, fund monitoring and business cases etc.

Please note - an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Senior Cost Manager seeking the next stage of their career will also be considered for this vacancy for the Associate Director Quantity Surveying role.

Pay: £70,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
