We are currently working alongside a leading private sector organisation in their search for a Senior HR Project Manager. The role will be of a hybrid nature with travel to the London office 1/2 times per week.

The role will cover four key areas within the organisation: Learning & Development, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Employee Metrics and Employee Experience. In each of these areas there are projects that are either currently under way, or waiting to be launched.Your role would be to oversea these areas, to ensure that all aspects of the projects run smoothly and align with the People Strategy set by the CPO.
- Have a strong Project Management background
- Have previous experience working with People Systems implementations (SuccessFactors experience desirable)
- Be collaborative in their approach to Project Management and be able to work cross functionally
- Have strong stakeholder management
