**Job description**

Safeguard Call Handling Services Ltd is an established business providing _**call handling and customer support services**_ to the house building industry nationally.

Due to sustained growth over several years, we are seeking new people to join our team.

The role involves:

- Dealing with **‘out of hours’** calls from homeowners, contractors, and clients in an efficient and professional manner.
- The ability to evaluate any given situation and follow processes that will lead to a resolution.
- Computer literacy is required, and training will be given on our bespoke platform.

**Hours**:

- Monday - Friday: 4pm - 10pm_
- Saturday shift: 8am-4pm / 1pm - 9pm_ -_**(includes Bank holidays)**_

As the role is telephone based, the second stage of the interview will include a short scenario where you will respond to some incoming calls so that we can observe how effective your telephone skills are.
