**Peripatetic Site Assistant**

**37 hours per week, 40 weeks**

**On a split shift between the hours of 0630am-18:30pm**

**Monday-Friday**

**Grade D, (SCP 7-9) - £24,294 - £25,119 per annum**

**Employment Opportunity**
- Experience of cleaning and caretaking
- Handy person/DIY experience to undertake general building maintenance and minor repairs
- Ability to work as part of a team
- An understanding of health & safety procedures and regulations e.g. COSHH, including safe moving, lifting & handling
- To be able to be the main key holder on occasions and attend to “call outs” outside normal working hours.
- Basic IT skills to enter data onto computers
