Due to growth, we are seeking to recruit a Technical Reviewer to join our existing Compliance and Risk Team on a full time and permanent basis.

This position is based in Milton Keynes on a hybrid working model, offering you flexibility to work from home at least three days per week.

About the role

In this role, you will provide invaluable support to internal colleagues by reviewing all technical documentation in support of certification recommendations which will be provided by our Auditors. You will ensure that all documentation meets our accreditation requirements and supports technical decisions prior to certificate issue for example, ISO 9001 certification.

You will build strong and credible relationships with colleagues as this role also includes the identification and resolution of technical queries, ensuring that these are investigated and resolved with the relevant department i.e. our audit team, sales team or elsewhere within the business.

You will work as part of a team, primarily covering the UK&I with some technical support provided globally and, your stakeholders are all internal as this isn't a client facing role.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the review process is accurately and effectively executed in-line with defined procedures and KPIs.- Remain informed of certification, accreditation and regulatory requirements.- Ensuring that the business complies with the processes for maintaining robust certification decisions in-line with accreditation requirements.- Providing effective specialist advice to all internal colleagues- Effectively challenge and influence stakeholders

To be successful in the role, you will have:
- A working knowledge or an understanding of Management Systems such as ISO 9001 is essential- Experience or an understanding of technical documents is essential - you might have studied or worked in law, or engineering and have gotten exposure that way- Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills- The ability to- Strong attention to detail- Collaboration skills- Lead Auditor experience would be desirable
