We are seeking a Butcher / Caterer to join us as we continue to strengthen and expand our business. The role involves preparing and making sausage meat & meat mixes for our range of sausage rolls, meat pies and scotch eggs. Your role will also include inspecting meat upon delivery to ensure meat quality and safety.

Key Strengths
- Be organised and able to work in a clean and safe manner.
- Have a positive attitude to work and be flexible regarding working hours.
- Be able to adhere to food safety, ensuring CCP'S are maintained with good manufacturing practices
- Able to work safely with knives, utensils, and mincing machine (although full training will be given)
- Have a high standard of cutting and preparation skills.
- Physically fit to cope with the demands of the role

You will be working at pace within a team, with a passion for producing quality food. You’ll know our products and recipes in no time and full training & support will be given.

Our kitchen is typically ready to get going at 7:00am Mon-Fri and finish around 3pm. The great thing is working in a vibrant kitchen environment **with no weekends.**

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year

- Butchery or Food Preparation: 1 year (preferred)
