**Job Description**:
Hyster-Yale Group, (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Developer in our People Development function, based at either our European Headquarters in Frimley in Surrey, or at our facility located in Craigavon, Northern Ireland on a 6-month contract, with potential further extension post this initial scope of work. This is a hybrid role, with the successful applicant expected to be in the office for 2 days a week.

HYG designs, engineers, manufactures, sells, and services a comprehensive line of lift trucks and aftermarket parts marketed globally under the Hyster and Yale brand names. We are one of the global leaders in the Material Handling industry and have been building relationships and partnering with our customers, suppliers, dealers, and employees for over 80 years.
- Key Accountabilities:_

Reporting to the Performance and Learning Manager, the Curriculum Developer, will lead the updating of engaging and commercially focused training materials for our internal teams and dealer partners. This will include e-learning materials, job aids, manuals, and competitive comparisons, all designed to increase sales, profit, market share and customer satisfaction.

The successful applicant will have the following key accountabilities:

- Developing blended learning materials by researching all available sources for information and working closely with colleagues in the People Development function, commercial trainers, marketing, product and industry specialists.
- Training needs assessment and content analysis to create blended learning curriculums as applicable.
- Managing the development digital training materials.
- Testing any digital content created for our LMS to ensure correct launch, completion, tracking of individual learners.
- Managing the translation process as required.
- Knowledge Required:_
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in learning and development role involving e-learning and digital content design, with manufacturing industry experience an advantage
- Prior experience using Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise. Ability to use Adobe suite of design tools an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
