Crocadon is an exciting project based on a 120 acre regenerative farm in St Mellion, Saltash.

The farm feeds the food entities on the farm, working beyond organic standards and with soil health as the highest priority. Wew have a small team of hard working individuals, entering what is set to be a busy season ahead. Our market garden grows some of the best produce you will very taste. We have our own flock of sheep that we graze rotationally to manage and improve our pastures and chickens that provide us eggs for use in the restaurant, café and bakery.

Our restaurant was recently awarded a Michelin star, as well as gaining a Michelin green star for sustainability last year. Alongside we have the café and bakery. As we head into spring we are now getting busier and increasing production week by week. The café supplies a more casual offering, whilst still working to a high standard and changing the menu throughout the seasons.
- Experience in high quality cafés, restaurants or a hospitality background
- Barista skills (training will also be provided)
- Comfortable working in a fast paced collaborative environment
- High attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for events and collaborations
- Passion for problem solving and integrating new ideas
- Good base knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety requirements
- A strong desire to learn more about farming, growing and full circle food and communicate this to our guests
- Great time-management and time keeping
- Must be able to travel to and from work

**Working Week**

A mix of shifts with weekend availability.

Flexibility needed for any events running into the evening.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
