This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Business-related or Law graduate who pursue a lucrative career in corporate governance and gain **full support** throughout their training and ICSA exams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help to manage a portfolio of clients across multiple industry sectors
- Provide advice on corporate governance matters in line with current and future legislation
- Filing documentation with the Companies Registration Office
- Filing documentation with the Registrar of Beneficial Owners
- Assist with preparing and filing Annual Returns
- Preparing and filing general and board meetings
- Help with updating the Company Secretarial software package
- Assist with Risk Management processes

**The Person**:
