**Senior Insights Analyst - Central London - Hybrid working - Competitive salary, bonus & benefits**

My client, a global Healthcare company with operations in Central London, is looking to recruit a **Senior Insights Analyst**who will play a critical new role within the Analytics team. The **Senior Insights Analyst** will have a keen focus on market dynamics combined with commercial acumen. Their role will be to gain deep understanding on how our business will be impacted by market events and changes in the industry, helping anticipateimpact of these changes on our performance and effectively communicate key insights across a diverse group of senior stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work with commercial, finance and analytics teams to define business requirements and to identify value creation levers
- Identify relevant data inputs and sources, extract, clean and prepare data for analysis
- Source data from internal (SQL, Snowflake, Excel, etc) and external sources (3rd party)
- Work with external data vendors to gather useful information to further support our knowledge of our suppliers and business areas, as well as competitive intelligence of the overall market
- Develop analysis, hypothesis and interpretations using Excel, Tableau or other analytics tools in a format that can be used by stakeholders at different level of organisation
- Articulate and estimate potential upside delivery from insights/areas of study, uncovering opportunities for incremental value delivery and structuring tracking tools
- Manage own projects against agreed deliverables and deadlines, effectively escalating challenges and delays
- Support BI Analysts in structuring analyses and dashboards that drive insights
- Coach business and BI Analysts to derive insights from analyses and communicate in impactful way

**Key skills**:

- Previous experience working in analytical roles (e.g., commercial analysis, consulting, market research) preferably in the healthcare sector
- **_Analytical Rigor_**: Highly analytical; able to clean, scrutinize and interrogate high volumes of complex data and translate into meaningful reports, insights and high-level management information
- **_Insights & Communication_**:Ability to derive insights, developing impactful communication around key findings and their implications; ability to develop rapport and credibility across the organization, promote ideasand proposals persuasively
- **_Results delivery: _**Proven ability to drive business results with the data-based insights; Self-starter and independent thinker, who can work in a rapidly changing, project led, fluid environment under pressure to challenging deadlines
- **_Stakeholder Management: _**Experience working in a complex, global organisations; Ability to communicate across all levels in an organisation and confidently present to a senior audience; Collaborative approach with focus on partnershipwith business and analytics teams
- **_Commercial Acumen_**:Understanding of key financial metrics and value drivers
- **_Technical:_** Strong expertise with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel (pivots & advanced formulae), BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)**,**experience with SQL
