We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic studio assistant to join our team at Island Studios

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Answer the main phone and divert the calls where necessary i.e. sales or stage manager. - To meet and greet clients when coming into the office.
- Collate all catering/studio paperwork, sorting in preparation to be signed off Managers ahead of being sent over to our other sites.
- Assist on the stages/in the kitchen when necessary.
- Speak to productions/agencies regarding permission to post past work.
- Liaise with marketing to schedule upcoming marketing posts.
- Update the company website with the latest work and clients.
- Source new content for social media channels.
- Help accounts in identifying debtors receipts and where they should be posted.
- Input invoices into the online studio system (GP).
- Assist with second pencils and input information into the online booking system (Credit).
- Create and update weekly flash reports.
- Ensure both GP and QuickBooks match up at month end and create subsequent reports.
- Monitor the studio occupancy and create subsequent reports.
- Chase outstanding debtors and liaise with solicitors.
- Distribute Purchase Order numbers to staff.
- Order materials and items for ground staff/chefs.
- Liaise with staff and HR regarding holidays, timesheets and overtime.
