Ultimately, you should be able to expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness.The marketing team at The Hearing Suite is small enabling the role to cover a wide range of responsibilities including;
**Here’s what you’ll be working on**:
**Content**
- Develop editorial calendar to ensure the wider team is clear on media rollout
- coordinate with marketing partners for print, PR and digital to deliver content in a timely manner
- Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
- Work with the wider marketing and merchandising team to leverage assets and expertise to create awareness, engagement and deliver on trade strategy
**Social Media**
- Accountable for managing the The Hearing Suite social media channels with the aim of growing the accounts and improving engagement
- Create a user generated content program that rewards our social followers
- Responsible for drafting, scheduling and posting all social media activity, working across a number of functions to develop a social media calendar to deliver on engagement and commercial success
- Reporting on KPIS against targets, on a weekly and monthly basis
**Photoshoots**
- Create a clear asset brief for the production team to shoot on photoshoots including video and stills for all applicable social media formats.
- Support with product shoot days helping to organise the shoot leasing with a number of suppliers (photographers ect.) and the warehouse team to arrange which products are to be shot.
**Brand Events & Collaborations**:
- Assist with research, planning and coordinating of Brand Events that support content creation; leasing with a number of suppliers, organising time-lines and preparation, and ensuring events launch successfully.
- Assist with research, planning and coordinating of Collaborations, Partnerships and Initiatives - communicating with brands and supporting from beginning to end

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 22 per week
