Rental Controller

**Job role: Short-term rental controller**

**Salary: £27,000 - £29,000**

**Permanent full time 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)**

**Location: Castleford**

My client based in Castleford are looking to recruit a hire controller to join their busy, dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role is very varied and is a part of a busy team so will require someone to be able to manage high workload and organize theirtasks accordingly. This role will be responsible for the short-term rental of vehicles.

**What does the role require?**
- Customer orders are processed to agreed timescales
- Order confirmations sent and communicated
- Delivery times confirmed and communicated
- Ordering and management of local content
- Placing of production orders on the nearest depot to ultimate ship to address
- Raising all Contracts (invoicing/finance/maintenance)
- Management of KFS pay out packs
- Shipment of trucks
- Ordering of handover packs
- Processing of early terminations
- Buy Back administration
- Trade Portal Upload & Process of Sale
- Other related tasks
- Strong individual who can work in a really busy environment, spinning lots of plates
- Need to be dynamic and switched on
- Someone who has worked in an environment where they have been involved in short term rental process
- Good customer service, admin, and prioritisation skills
- Excel experience and SAP would be advantageous
