Stonemason

**Position**:Stone Mason / Conservation Mason.

**Location**:Torquay, Devon.

**Rate**:£22.00 - £24.00 ph.

Core Construction Personnel are looking for an experienced Stone Mason to start work on a Conservation of a large Manor House with a chapel in Torquay, Devon. **Details include**
- Raking out rubble stone walls.
- Repointing with hot lime.
- Natural stone repairs
- Lime mortar repairs
- Working in a small team of masons.
- Working closely with the site manager.

**Requirements for role**
- CSCS preferred.
- Full PPE and Own vehicle preferred.
- 2 x work references carrying out similar works.
- Able to have good time keeping and be punctual.
- Photo ID.
