**About the Role**:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of individual students with SEN and SEMH. This involves:
**Here's what you'll be doing**:

- Working closely with students on a one-to-one basis in various settings, including schools, homes, and external venues.
- Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and effective teaching sessions tailored to individual needs.
- Adapting teaching materials and methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure continuity of support.
- Completing administrative tasks, including progress reports, session plans, and evaluation reports.
- Continuously developing your skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

- Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.

- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of children.
- Proficiency in literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
