**£30,000 - £32,000 (£45,000 OTE) + Van & Fuelcard + Training + Overtime / Door-to-door pay + Local patch**

Are you a Handyperson or General Tradesperson looking to work for a rapidly expanding business where you will receive full Electrical training to further your abilities?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to work a local patch in a Monday - Friday days based role where you will have great overtime rates, door to door pay and a company van as part of your package.

The company have built a strong reputation over the last 40 years working in the Property Management sector on a range of high-end residential sites. As a result of continued expansion they are looking to add to their current maintenance team.

You will be working alongside a team of Facilities Maintenance Technician's performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks. This will vary from Electrical to Carpentry and Plumbing work.

This position would suit a Handyperson or somebody from a Trades background, looking for a mobile role offering training and overtime earning potential.

**The Role**:

- Carrying out maintenance on residential sites.
- Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry work (Multi-Skilled).
- Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week with overtime available.
- Handyperson background or experience in one of the following trades:

- Carpentry
- Brickwork
- Roofing
- Plastering
- Mechanical
- Plumbing
- Building Fabric
- Full driving licence.
- Fabric Technician / Engineer
