Full Job Description:
Providing administrative support to the manager of a busy housing estate office

You will be responsible for answering telephone enquiries, resolving resident’s problems and referring queries to the relevant place. You will deliver an effective and timely service to our residents at all times.

Some experience in a similar role is preferable. The opportunity may arise for this role to be extended or made permanent.

The role involves taking requests, booking, and filing information, ability to manage workload effectively, good communication skills and telephone manners, a positive outlook & flexibility. You will be expected to deal in a calm and helpful manner with all residents' enquiries.

Experience required:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in use of computers including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word & Excel
- Customer service skills both face to face and over the phone
- Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines

25 - 30 hours per week, no weekends

2 - 3 months initially with a possibility to extend

Schedule: Day shift - Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £12 per hour
