Loyalty Specialist

Our Loyalty Specialists really are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships.

Joining us as a Loyalty Specialist means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during their service visit, tasked with explaining and promoting our exciting offers that are available to them as a loyal customer and attempting to upgrade their existing vehicle.

**About the role**

Mercedes-Benz of Loughton have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.

As a Sytner Loyalty Specialist, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

Sytner Loyalty Specialists work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

**About You**

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.

Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
