**About the role**:
They are now looking for **Senior** and **Principal Software Engineers** with experience in Java and mentoring/coaching others to join their team.

These roles pay up to **£70K** and **£80K** (respectively) and offer **flexible hybrid working (office in Manchester)**, plus great benefits like share save schemes and private healthcare

**What you will be doing**:

- Ensuring service availability and responsiveness continue to improve
- Utilising public-facing web services and additional external data sources to power businesses across the automotive industry

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of Java
- Knowledge of server-side frameworks such as Spring
- Experience sharing technical expertise (through mentoring, coaching, knowledge-share sessions)
- Nice to have experience: GCP, SQL, MongoDB, Kafka
