Working for this global company supporting the HR Manager, a newly created position for a HR Coordinator has arisen. You will be offered hybrid working and will be required to be in the office 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Drafting offer letters and employment contracts
- Updating HR related information on the Company's intranet site and website
- Responding to queries raised in the HR and Recruitment In box's
- Supporting annual processes such as performance management, pay and bonus activity
- Providing recruitment support to include advertising roles, scheduling interviews and attending first interviews as necessary
- Assisting with all types of Training activity
- Maintaining HR files to ensure that all necessary documents are included and that the files are GDPR compliant
- Assisting with special HR projects
This role will suit someone who is either a strong administrator looking to start a career in HR or you have a couple of years experience working within a HR environment. You will need to be very proficient in all Microsoft packages, in particular Word,Excel and Powerpoint.
