**Job Description**:

- The HR Services team support the Anglo American HR stand to ‘Create a safe and caring environment and ignite growth, extraordinary performance and new possibilities.

This role is a global role and will provide expert knowledge to administer and support the HR Talent Career & Succession Planning, Performance and Goal Management modules in SAP SuccessFactors, and associated processes and governance frameworks. Bringing best practice thinking to the ongoing improvement and utilization of these solutions, processes and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Partner with the Talent Management Teams, as the Subject Matter Expert, and provide best practice advice around utilisation & configuration of the Talent Career & Succession Planning and Performance & Goal Management solutions (SAP SuccessFactors) in support of continuous business improvement.
- Research industry trends and recommend fit for purpose system enhancements.
- Knowledgeable in the functional integration aspects of the Talent Career & Succession Planning and Performance & Goal Management activities to ensure best in class processes are identified and recommended together with the accompanying business benefits.
- Manage and support of the Talent Career & Succession Planning and Performance & Goal Management systems, as the Subject Matter Expert, for the business as and when required, working with Global Shared Serviced and Information Management to resolve systems issues.
- Assist with the development and implementation of support processes for the Talent Career & Succession Planning and Performance & Goal Management to embed processes into the business.
- Simplify and standardise processes in all sub functions
- Design and implement global fit for purpose templates
- Support the ongoing utilisation of the Talent Career & Succession Planning and Performance & Goal Management solutions through system upgrades and training of super users on the utilisation of the platform/s.
- Qualifications
- Undergraduate qualification in a relevant discipline - HR/Information Management
- SAP SuccessFactors Certified in the Talent Management Modules - Career & Succession Planning and Performance and Goal Management
- Desirable: A proven track record in a role and context of similar complexity
- Experience and exposure in the SuccessFactors Compensation Module would be an added advantage
