**The role**:
**Smyths Toys Llandudno are recruiting for a Supervisor / Expert.**
**As an Expert at Smyths, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service to our customers using in-depth knowledge of the products in our various departments and excellent customer service skills. You will use your enthusiasm to guide and influence the rest of the shop floor team to deliver the same great levels of service as you.**
**Responsibilities include**:
- **Developing an extensive knowledge of the the most popular and top selling lines in select departments**
- **Merchandising**
- **Delivering exceptional customer service**
- **Operating a till for Sales, Refunds and Exchanges**
- **Coaching and developing other members of the team to deliver excellent service**
- **Opening and closing the store alongside the management team**
- **Cash handling responsibilities**
**Additional Requirements**:
- **Strong communication skills**
- **Ability to plan and organise effectively**
- **Strong attendance and timekeeping record**
- **Customer service and merchandising experience**
- **Ability to work at a fast pace**
- **Has a strong interest in our business and products.**
- **Experience using a till system**
- **Able to coach and develop other staff members of the team to deliver good standards and excellent service.**
**Pay rate £11.10 per hour
