Job Description Summary

The purpose of this role is to support the Executive Talent & Assessment Director in shaping and implementing the A-G Assessment strategy as an enabler of next chapter of the transformation journey of Lloyds Banking Group that will help build a strong and purpose-led company.

We would love a BPS-accredited occupational psychologist with strong coaching experience and a consultancy skillset.

**Job Description**:

The purpose of this role is to support the Executive Talent & Assessment Director in crafting and implementing the A-G Assessment strategy as an enabler of next chapter of the transformation journey of Lloyds Banking Group that will help build a strong and purpose-led company.

We would love a BPS-accredited occupational psychologist with strong coaching experience and a consultancy skillset.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Design and implement the Group Assessment Strategy through interfaces with the ETA team, wider Talent Teams, and PP teams, e.g. BRFTF, Org/Cap, Culture/Ldsp, Sourcing/Supplier Mng, etc
- Programme manage the relevant parts of the A-G Assessment offering for Selection and Development and ensure harmonisation/complementarity with Skills Assessments via Org/Cap team
- Manage delivery of Assessments through the A-G Assessment manager to support Recruitment Operations, Talent Management - Our People
- Oversee design and delivery of Assessment Centres though A-G Assessment Manager for A-G population with preferred partners/external Assessment-related suppliers
- Conduct Level G/F Assessments for Selection & Development - as gate-keeper to Executive population using Executive Leadership benchmarks
- Conduct Level G/F Assessments for selected Talent Pools to inform programmatic Development interventions, e.g., scaled leaders, TPLs/BPLs,
- Help supervise PP colleagues directly involved in and working with the A-G Assessment offering, for e.g., leveraging experience of SHL trained PP colleagues

KEY CAPABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

BPS Occupational Psychologist; Deep Subject Matter Expertise & Experience of Assessments & Coaching at levels commensurate with A-G populations; BPS Level A and B Test Accredited; Critical and Integrated Thinking; Impact, End-to-End Mindset; Broad-based stakeholder Management and Consultancy Skills.
