Head of Finance

An impressive and forward thinking property management firm are looking to add a Head of Finance to their impressive business. The client have engaged in a diverse and challenging range of projects. Budgets have ranged from a few hundred thousand to in excessof £60m. These have included complex fit-outs of new properties purchased in a shell and core condition to enable ultra-high level bespoke finishing, to Grade I listed historic properties requiring extensive consultation with planning and heritage bodies.

The team includes people from Property Management, Family Office and Private Service backgrounds, as well as Architects, Surveyors and seasoned Project Managers.

**THE ROLE**:

- Lead and develop the finance team to ensure that it provides insightful management accounts, completes timely reporting, and delivers a robust financial planning cycle.
- Seek out opportunities to enhance efficiency including through the adoption of new technologies and systems.
- Develop strong relationships internally and externally to ensure that the finance function supports decision-making and optimises capital and tax structures and cash flow for each business.
- Play a key role, as part of the business’s senior leadership, in developing and scrutinising business plans and investment opportunities, and reinforcing a positive and inclusive culture.
