Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content agency and media network who are currently on the lookout for a Junior Producer** **to join our Sport Team and work across the TikTok channels for some of the sports' biggest rights holders and brands on a four-month fixed-term contract.

As Junior Producer, you will be responsible for the planning, producing and creating of TikTok-specific content using existing archive content and shooting new talent-led features. The role focuses on content ideation, pre-production planning, stakeholder management and community engagement.

Part of the role will involve working with high-profile talent to produce personality-led content so being able to demonstrate your experience in social production is an advantage.

You will be working across numerous sports so a good all-round interest in a variety of disciplines would be a huge benefit.

As part of original content production requirements to travel within the UK will be required.

**HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME**
- Help to plan, develop and execute video content, including pre-production planning, ideation, logistics and execution of shoots
- Be aware of TikTok trends/sounds and how best to implement them
- Editing platform-specific content (using Adobe Premiere and tools like Capcut) from archive/highlights or original rushes
- Liaise with clients on strategy, plans and approval, building a strong working relationship in the process
- Publication of content
- Community management - responding to comments and engaging with the audience
- Develop and maintain brand tone of voice through the content
- Monitor the performance of content using platform analytics

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
- Understanding of best practice in terms of all aspects on TikTok
- Strong camera operation skills using a variety of kit, from iPhone to professional cameras
- A genuine passion for a variety of sports
- Ability to ideate talent-led original content opportunities, managing pre-production and execution
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud - Adobe Premiere Pro (essential), Capcut and, Adobe Photoshop.
- A knowledge and passion for building and managing communities in the digital space
- Ability to work under pressure managing multiple tasks
- Excellent written and communication skills with strong attention to detail and factual accuracy
