Hours**:9.00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday - Friday**

**Role purpose**:
To Administrate Sales Orders for installations from Receipt of Order to Invoice.

Data input onto Sage system of sales orders, purchase orders to suppliers, and then invoicing through the system when jobs are completed by the Installation team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Process Sales Orders
- Place purchase orders with suppliers
- Place purchase orders for spares, material and consumables
- Process suppliers invoices and credits through system for payment
- Handle Credit Card Processing on line and in Discussion with Customers
- Invoice customer on completion of installation
- Liaising with credit control department regarding aged debts
- Processing stock returns through the system
- General admin tasks

**Skills and experience**:

- Good knowledge & understanding of Sage x3 system
- Knowledge of D-tools system
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to own initiative but also work as a team
