A renowned aesthetic /beauty clinic in Chelsea is looking for an accomplished Senior Receptionist to join their successful company. The Senior Receptionist will be involved in administrative tasks and be liaising with a beauty industry-leading consultantsand across departments to ensure the smooth running of the cosmetic surgery and dermatology clinic and excellent patient experience. The Senior Receptionist role pays £26k.

Reporting to the Clinic Manager The Senior Receptionist will be;
- Meeting and greeting patients and visors and assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks,
- Managing the aesthetic clinic diary, and help with invoicing and billing patients.
- The Receptionist job will involve a significant number of juggling tasks and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Senior Receptionist Job Hours / Shifts:
The clinic opening hours are:
- Mon - Thurs: 6:30am - 8:30pm
- Friday: 6:30am - 7:30pm
- Saturday 6:30am - 5:30pm
Overtime is time in lieu or remuneration.
